✨ when ordering invites you only need one per HOUSEHOLD, not per person. An easy mistake that is made quite often!

✨ You can send invites whenever you would like, but you want to give your guests ample time, especially if you're having a midweek wedding! 8-12 weeks in advance is standard. Allow more time if having a destination wedding!

✨ Take in to account when you need to give final numbers by when setting RSVP cutoffs.


DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL?

✨digital invitations or wedding websites are becoming increasingly popular! And for good reason - they are easy to use AND keep track of your RSVP's for your

✨ physical invitations are still beautiful and there is something magical in the tradition. It's nice to have a keepsake and may be your preference. If you aren't tech savvy and prefer to keep track of things yourself then they may be the way to go.


GUESTLIST

✨ headcount is important - you wanna be aware of how many people will be present at your wedding. Remember to include yourselves. Also include vendors that will be present over your reception, like your photographer or entertainment!

✨ only inviting people you know helps keeps numbers on track - think about if you're happy for guests to have a plus one. It's your day - it's okay if you only wanna celebrate with people you love.

✨ child-friendly or child-free? Definitely a personal choice but one you need to decide so you can be clear when finalising your guestslist and invitations.
